1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Asterion.pub website and the software, subscriptions, and related services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by the operator of Asterion.pub ("Asterion.pub", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for complying with any local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. All materials on the Services are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Licence to use materials

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the materials (information and software) made available through the Services. This is a grant of permission, not a transfer of ownership. Under this licence you may not:

• Decompile, crack, patch, debug, or otherwise reverse-engineer our products, or interfere with the operation of any software included in the Services.
• Use the materials or products for any commercial purpose without a written reseller or partnership agreement with us.
• Use our products if you are, directly or indirectly, associated with the development, operation, or research of any anti-cheat system.
• Transfer, resell, share, or redistribute paid materials to any third party or to any other server.
• Take any action intended to damage the reputation, security, or quality of our products or Services.

3. Accounts & accuracy

All information provided in your account must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Only payment methods that belong to you may be used.

You may not create accounts with names that resemble those of our staff, or impersonate an administrator, moderator, or representative. Doing so may result in immediate suspension without notice.

4. Use at your own risk

Game-enhancement software may violate the terms of service of the games it targets. You use our products entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for in-game bans, account suspensions, hardware bans, or any other consequences arising from the use of our software. Products are provided for use at your own discretion and risk.

5. Prohibited conduct

Malicious activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to fraud, deception, chargeback abuse, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and the collection or disclosure of other people’s personal or private information. Engaging in any such activity entitles us to suspend or terminate your account. You must also comply with our Behavior Rules and User License Agreement, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Subscriptions & frozen access

Each copy of the materials is licensed solely for the private use of the purchaser. If we detect unauthorised, shared, or stolen copies, we may revoke access to future updates for those copies.

You may freeze an active subscription to pause access and preserve your remaining time. A freeze lasts up to 15 days and unfreezes automatically after that, crediting the paused time back to your subscription. Each product may be frozen once every 30 days.

7. User content

We are not responsible for content that users post through the Services, including comments, messages, reviews, or tickets. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their content, and we do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.

We may review, edit, or remove any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may submit content to third-party verification services (for example, anti-spam services). Do not submit content you consider private or confidential.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display that content in connection with operating the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through the third-party payment providers made available at checkout, including cryptocurrency payment processors. Prices and the range of Services may change at any time, except for orders that have already been paid. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and User License Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The materials and Services are provided "as is" and remain under continuous development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or results of using the Services. You are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions; we are not responsible for any viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asterion.pub and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of income or expected profit, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, account bans, or losses suffered by third parties, whether or not such damages were foreseeable. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-party links & advertisements

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or advertisement. You access third-party resources at your own risk.

12. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms, and may be terminated by us at any time at our sole discretion. Upon termination you must delete all downloaded materials in your possession. We may suspend or terminate your current and future accounts in the event of a rule violation or at our discretion.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Asterion.pub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on the Services, and your continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Please review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any change, discontinue using the Services.
